We are happy to answer any questions you may have about your bill or the processing of your claim. If you have questions about benefits or eligibility, please call the member services number listed on your insurance card.

For current patients with billing questions, we prefer that you use the FollowMyHealth portal by clicking here. You can send us a secure email, and we will be able to research your question and get back to you in a timely manner. You may also call our Billing Department at (203) 775-6205.
Please present your insurance card at every visit. This helps to ensure that your claim is processed correctly. As with all medical offices, co-payments are required at the time of service. Orthopaedic Specialists of Connecticut accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. If your insurance plan requires a referral, it must be obtained prior to your appointment. Payment may be expected at the time of service for patients with high deductible plans.

Workers Compensation

We accept Connecticut Workers’ Compensation. You must report your injury to your immediate supervisor at work and supply our office with their name and contact information when you call to schedule your appointment.
