Please present your insurance card at every visit. This helps to ensure that your claim is processed correctly. As with all medical offices, co-payments are required at the time of service. Orthopaedic Specialists of Connecticut accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and debit cards. If your insurance plan requires a referral, it must be in obtained prior to your appointment. Payment may be expected at the time of service for patients with high deductible plans.

Workers Compensation
We accept Connecticut Workers’ Compensation. You must report your injury to your immediate supervisor at work and supply our office with their name and contact information when you call to schedule your appointment.
Self-Pay
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We do not offer any payment plans.
